 Recognized for his strong leadership, established network, and passion for excellence, Michale "Mike" Belisle brings professionalism,  equestrian experience, and dedication to each event and project he leads.

Throughout his 28 years in the equestrian industry, Mike has developed an impressive résumé. His leadership, communication, and negotiation skills make him a sought-after manager and consultant at the top of the sport at multi-million dollar events. He has been instrumental in developing start-up events as well as managing established competitions, keeping them relevant, successful, and profitable. He served as the Operations Manager of the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Florida, the world's largest and longest-running equestrian event, as well as the Rolex Central Park Horse Show and Mar-A-Lago Invitational. His show management experience includes such well-known events as the Split Rock Jumping Tour, Ox Ridge Charity Horse Show, Silver Oak Jumper Tournament, Angelstone Tournaments, and Fidelity Jumper Classic.

Mike has visited and learned from events around the world at world-class venues, including Hickstead, Dublin Horse Show, the Global Champions Tour, Turnier der Sieger, and De Peelbergen.
